BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
NOTE:-
1. Tariffs are per person per night on twin-sharing basis.
2. Transfers to & from our resorts are not included in the tariff.
3. Single occupancy charges are applicable.
4. Tariff for Children (accompanying parents) between 5 and 12 years is 50%.
Children below 5 years complimentary. Above 12 years age the tariff will be as per adult.
5. Tariff May be changed without prior basis.

PAYMENT RULES & REGULATIONS FOR RESERVATIONS:
Bookings made without payment , will be held purely on a tentative basis.

CANCELLATION RULES:
All requests for cancellations of confirmed bookings have to be received in writing at our
office in Bangalore.
Cancellation charges:
1.10% of the tariff, if two weeks before check 2.50% of the tariff, if less than two weeks before 3. No refund less than week before check-in-date (not inclusive of the check-in-date).
